Jennifer Specht has been teaching and practicing yoga over 20 years. She received her advanced certification through the Amrit yoga institute in salt Springs Fl. Jen is also a  licensed massage therapist of 12 years specializing in deep tissue, cupping, Ayurvedic warm oil massage, and relaxation massage.  

She also has been a drum circle facilitator for 20+ years. Through music, yoga, massage and dance she enjoys sharing her love of the healing arts with others.
