Kelly Decaire began her journey into the world of cooking as child. She learned how to appreciate good food and to cook by taste. Kelly was always a savory cook and was the one who cooked for the entire family daily and on holidays. Her Mother was the sweets maker, and when she passed, Kelly delved into her recipe box and started making the family treats for the holidays.
Armed with a partial cheesecake recipe from her Mothers recipe box, she researched and made her first cheesecake in late November 2017. Then a few months later in February 2018, Hippie Chick Cheesecake was born! Kelly loves to cook anything from Italian cuisine to southern comfort foods.
From charcuterie boards and grazing tables, to decadent desserts and wedding cakes. If it tastes good, she will figure out how to make it and take it to the next level.
